AstraZeneca
Trial: NCT01629667
Phase: II
Indication: Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis
Treatment: tralokinumab

Brainomix and AstraZeneca partnered to analyze Phase 2 tralokinumab clinical trial data, leveraging Brainomix’s AI-powered software and biomarkers to uncover novel insights. The output of this partnership has been published in the AJRCCM.
“As key components in AstraZeneca’s strategy to bring new medicines to patients faster and more effectively, data science and AI are transforming R&D. Our collaboration with Brainomix helped us to expand our understanding of the potential that innovative AI approaches can bring to improving the design of clinical trial for patients with Interstitial Lung Disease.”

Boehringer Ingelheim
Trial: DROP-FPF (NCT07201922)
Phase: III
Indication: Pulmonary Fibrosis
Treatment: nerandomilast (Jascayd®)

In an industry-first, Boehringer Ingelheim selected Brainomix AI fibrosis biomarkers as the co-primary imaging endpoint for its Phase III trial in pulmonary fibrosis to provide a quantifiable measure of disease progression alongside FVC, a traditional measure of lung function.
“Our goal is simple but profound: learn whether acting earlier can change outcomes for families facing these devastating diseases. Using Brainomix’s advanced HRCT algorithm to define meaningful progression, we aim to generate insights that could transform how and when to intervene.”

Remedy Pharmecuticals
Trial: CHARM (NCT02864953)
Phase: III
Indication: Large Hemispheric Infarction
Treatment: Glyburide

For its Phase 3 study on Glyburide (CIRARA) in large hemispheric infarction, Remedy partnered with Brainomix to perform an analysis of both imaging and clinical data. Brainomix quantified baseline and follow-up images of patients who had been assessed using NCCT, CTP, and MRI modalities using advanced multi-modal AI imaging biomarkers.
“Brainomix imaging and data analysis capabilities really allowed us to explore our data more deeply and clearly than we previously had thought possible. Our partnership was highly productive, insightful and valuable in informing our ongoing clinical development”

Acticor Biotech
Trial: ACTIMIS (NCT03803007)
Phase: I/II
Indication: Acute Ischemic Stroke
Treatment: glenzocimab

Brainomix and Acticor collaborated on analysis of the Phase Ib/IIa ACTIMIS study in acute ischemic stroke. Brainomix AI imaging analytics were able to further explore treatment efficacy and mechanism of action.
"We are delighted with this collaboration with Brainomix, which enables us to analyze in greater detail the brain images of patients in the ACTIMIS study. Preliminary results show that glenzocimab reduces not only the occurrence of intracranial hemorrhages but also their volume, compared with placebo. These results support the first analyses of ACTIMIS and will be submitted to upcoming international congresses."
